Join us for a gentle yoga flow and soothing sound bath. Slow down, tune in and renew your mind, body and spirit. Whether you’re exploring yoga or sound healing for the first time, or looking to deepen your established practice, this evening offers sacred space to go within. Experience stillness, harmony, and vibrant well-being.

Your Yoga Guide

An experienced health and fitness professional, Lydia Dobbs is a yoga instructor (200 YTT), an ISSA-certified personal trainer, a hike guide, and workshop leader and educator with multiple specialty certifications. As a triathlete who overcame a severe cycling accident, Lydia has evolved from a hard-core, high-impact, “never yoga” athlete to a “committed for-life yogi”. Lydia offers private and semi-private yoga and personal training sessions and teaches Vinyasa flow and Yin yoga at The Ledges (outdoor), Elevation Fitness and the Saint George Recreation Center. She firmly believes movement and being in nature are medicine for the mind, body, and soul. When she’s not teaching, you can find her hiking or biking the trails or goofing off with her stand-up comedy. Visit www.onthelooselive.com & livegloriously.com to learn more.

Your Sound Bath Artist

Michelle Johnson’s lifelong dedication to wellness is anchored by two decades of personal yoga practice and specialized training as a certified instructor including YTT-200 and Yin Yoga. She actively guides participants through immersive sound healing sessions. Join Michelle for a soothing sound bath experience using crystal sound bowls, chimes and drums, designed to help you slow down, tune in, and release deep seated tension. When she isn’t sharing the healing arts through her local business, Sun and Stone Yoga, you can find her tending to her desert garden or experimenting with ancient grains, baking.
