Katie: loves family (mom of 3), music, dance, pop culture, art & design, photography, the lake, Disney, and sweets.

Shanelle: loves cheering on her 4 kids (predominantly dance & baseball), shopping and finding a good deal, Diet Coke, and the beach!

Together: Friends since the 4th grade, they grew up playing cards and board games together. Fast forward to today, they still find fun and connection through playing games. When they took classes to learn American Mahjong together in 2025, they were instantly hooked! Not only do they love the game itself (it scratches the brain in the best way), but they love the unhurried connection the game provides… and the tiles and tablescapes are the icing on top!
